My Policies: Cancelation Policy: I respectfully ask you give 48 hours for cancellation on all appointments. If the appointment is canceled after 48 hours the card on file will be charged 50% of the service total. Same day cancellations and No call/no shows will result in a 100% charge,along with the service charge card fee, of the booked service. Please arrive on time to your appointment, a late arrival of 10 minutes or more will be subject to alterations or cancelation and associated fees will be applied. If you don’t confirm an appointment within 48hrs of the schedule spot you will immediately be taken out so the time can be filled with my waitlist appointments! So it’s is really important to make sure you can confirm all appointments please Refund Policy: All items or services purchased from Hair by Paula are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Hair by Paula. This policy applies but is not limited to: Services, Digital Products, Gift Cards. No Children Policy: Children under the age of 10 ARE NOT permitted in the salon. For safety purposes and to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, no child may accompany you while you are being serviced at the salon. We love children, but they can be a distraction to the stylists and clients and we want our clients to receive the best possible salon service. Photo Policy: when booking with Hair by Paula I grant the Hair by Paula permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Hair by Paula and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Hair by Paula to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Hair by Paula from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
